Each Dear Mister drop is a small love letter of its own — once it’s sent out into the world, it won’t come back the same way. Every collection is different, which makes them feel personal and fleeting. If something speaks to you, we always suggest bringing it home while you can.
Should a collection sell out quickly and many ask for it again, we’ll consider revisiting it. But most often, once a letter is sealed, it stays part of the past. We will send you an email if it comes back in stock.
Every Dear Mister piece is made in small batches and sent with care, so we hope it arrives just as you imagined. If your order arrives broken or not as expected, we’re happy to review it for a refund. We’ll ask that you send photos and a brief note explaining the issue so we can make it right.
Because our drops are limited and delicate, we aren’t able to cover return shipping costs. All other sales are considered final.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Once your order is placed, we will carefully pack it and send it out within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. You will receive tracking details as soon as your pieces are on their way to you.
