We carefully pack and ship each order with love from our studio.

1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please email us.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays due to carriers or incorrect addresses. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.

We want you to love your Dear Mister pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

2. Condition of Returned Items
